MORE than 110 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Berkshire in the last 24 hours.
Public Health England has recorded 112 new lab-confirmed cases in the past 24 hours, in areas including Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, West Berkshire, Slough and Windsor and Maidenhead.
Theses figures, correct as of Sunday, June 27, at 4pm, bring the latest total for the county to 60,604.

The local breakdown for the past 24 hours as follows:
Bracknell Forest - 14 cases, 7,165 total
Wokingham - 13 cases, 9,016 total
Reading - 40 cases, 11,977 total
West Berkshire - 21 cases, 6,863 total
Windsor and Maidenhead - 15 cases, 8,902 total
Slough - 9 cases, 16,231 total
A total of 4,732,434 people in the UK have tested positive for Covid-19.
The latest seven-day rate per 100,000 people locally are as follows:
Bracknell Forest - 82.4
Wokingham - 84.2

In today's national Covid news:
Government data up to June 26 shows that of the 76,774,990 Covid jabs given in the UK so far, 44,314,799 were first doses – a rise of 234,441 on the previous day.
Some 32,460,191 were second doses, an increase of 199,505.
