The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts:

March 30:
ELIZABETH TRACEY, 63, of Pine Drive, Finchampstead, admitted to drink-driving on Waterloo Road in Crowthorne on December 12, 2020. She was caught with 122 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg. She was banned from driving for three years. She was ordered to take part in a rehabilitation activity, pay a victim surcharge of £95 and pay costs of £85. 
JOSHUA SMITH, 19, of Reed’s Hill, Bracknell, admitted to possession of cannabis in Bracknell on May 6, 2020. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay a victim surcharge of £22, and told to pay costs of £85. 

March 31:
MARTIN LAW, 29, of Vandyke, Bracknell, admitted to causing a computer function to enable unauthorised access to data between January 1, 2019 and January 25, 2019 in Bracknell. He was fined £396, told to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and ordered to pay costs of £200. 
LUIGI PALMAS, 27, of Lower Broadmoor Road, Crowthorne, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Crowthorne on August 28, 2020. He was made to pay compensation of £170.

April 1:
RYAN MAXWELL-CARLOS, 28, of Prince Andrew Way, Ascot, admitted to driving while under the influence of cannabis on Darwell Drive in Ascot on September 1, 2020. He was banned from driving for three years, fined £275, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and told to pay costs of £85.
