THE latest food hygiene ratings for kitchens across Bracknell Forest have been revealed.

Officers from the Public Protection Partnership regularly inspect premises which sell or serve food, rating their food hygiene standards, management and structural compliance.

They also give businesses and organisations a rating out of five, with ‘zero’ meaning urgent improvement is necessary, with ‘five’ being the ‘very good’ top mark.
