A STROKE-survivor from Bracknell is looking to walk, cycle, and row his way more than 500 miles in a bid to raise funds to help fellow stroke sufferers.
Peter Von Bergen, member of the Easthampstead Rotary Club, started his journey around three months ago, and has since travelled more than 400 miles, using his exercise bike and rowing machine as well as going on walks with his Bichon Frise rescue dog named Pickle.

Peter said: "A stroke survivor myself, I'm Walking (with Pickle our Bichon Frise rescue), Cycling (on my trusty exercise bike) and Rowing (Pilatesing) +500 miles to support #StrokePrevention at a time when the Coronavirus is causing more Strokes among younger, otherwise healthy people."
So far, he has raised £735 of his £1,001 target, with donations coming from a total of 30 different supporters.
