Berkshire is a highly sought after area with homebuyers looking to live near the countryside but still be close to the capital.
The county is full of unique places to live in, with plenty of stunning beauty spots, scenic villages and commutable areas near larger towns and cities.
Lockdown living has also led to people wanting to move into a new home that can offer space for working from home.

Real estate company Zoopla has compiled a list of the places in Berkshire where the lowest average house price was paid over the last 12 months.
Bracknell comes out on top with the average price paid for a home at 367,131 – nearly £112,000 less than the average house price in neighbouring Wokingham.
