WITH the announcement of the government's "roadmap" to lifting lockdown restrictions, we finally have a few dates to circle in our calendars.

If you have been counting down the days to get a pint with your friends then it's exactly 38 days away with April 12 earmarked for allowing five friends to meet up in a pub garden.

So, with al fresco beverages set to be the order of the day, we asked you which pub Berkshire have the best beer garden, and why?

The Pineapple, Dorney, Windsor

It's undergone a massive refurb and the landlord ready to invite punters back to its iconic garden in the summer.

People praise the Pineapple for their massive sandwiches too, which comes with an array of filling options.

The Blackwood Arms

The Blackwood Arms is a lovely traditional pub located in Common Lane, Slough.

It has been voted as one of the best pubs in the borough for it's beer garden, where up to five people can enjoy a drink in this summer!

They also have 'delicious food'.

The Wheatsheaf, Slough

This pub has the 'best beer in Slough' according to one punter and it's also highly commended for it's garden.

Michael Crothers said: "The Wheatsheaf....best pub in Slough and sells the best beer."

Admiral Cunningham, Bracknell

The Admiral Cunningham has been voted as having the best beer garden in Bracknell, offering a lot of space for punters to enjoy in the warmer season.

Jody Carroll said: "The Admiral Cunningham the garden is amazing the hard work they have put into it definitely number one".

Bonnie Walde also said: "It's the best beer garden in Bracknell". 

The Victoria Arms, Binfield

Another beer garden which has been recommended is Victoria Arms in Binfield.

There is plenty of seating on it's lovely lawn surrounding by colourful trees in the summer.

This pub got two votes for its beer garden from our readers.

The Fox and Hounds Beer House, Caversham

This beer garden in Caversham has a lot of praise from residents in Reading.

Corey Gilbert said: "What Kevin and the team have done at The Fox and Hounds Beer House, Caversham is very good."

It's got enough seating for five friends to meet up and a covering incase the heavens open and it rains! 

Allied Arms, Reading

This pub in the heart of Reading Town Centre is a fantastic little boozer for a catch up with friends, family and work colleagues.

It's got a cosy little beer garden out the back and it's ranked hihgly for it's beer.

Barley Mow, Maidenhead
