The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court

December 7:

THOMAS MCGARRY, 27, of Kelvin Gate, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving on Church Road, Bracknell, on September 18. Found to have 144mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg. Given a community order including 140 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

REBECCA WILLIS, 22, of Deansgate, Bracknell, admitted littering a cigarette butt at Frensham Great Pond and Common, Bacon Road, Frensham, on August 10. Fined £110. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.

Bracknell News:

SIMON CROKE, 48, of The Hermitage, Bracknell, admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis at Loddon Valley Police Station on May 3, and admitted failing to co-operate with a roadside breath test in Bracknell on May 3. Also admitted driving without the correct insurance on Turnberry, Bracknell, on May 3, and admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis in Reading on October 28. Given a community order including 200 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £220 court costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.
