The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court

December 3:

MARY DONNELLY, 83, of Harmans Water Road, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving in Woolhampton Way, Bracknell, on September 8. Found to have 50mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £150. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

JORDAN PLEDGER, 20, of Hatch Ride, Crowthorne, admitted drink-driving on Priest Avenue, Wokingham, on October 16. Found to have 80mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £422. Also ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. 

Bracknell News:

ABEL FALASCA, 26, of Dukes Ride, Crowthorne, admitted common assault in Bracknell on October 16. Given a community order with 40 hours unpaid work. Must pay £95 victim surcharge.
