Difference: £29, increase of 8.9 per cent.
West Berkshire- £355

Difference: £36, increase of 11.3 per cent.
Wokingham - £403
2016: £368
Difference: £35, increase of 9.5 per cent.
Slough - £430 price per square ft of a three to five bedroom house.
2016: £370
Difference: £60, increase of 16.2 per cent.
Windsor and Maidenhead - £486
2016: £433
Difference: £53, up by 12.2 per cent
Bracknell Forest - £381 price per square ft of a three to five bedroom house.
2016: £350
Difference: 31, up by 8.9 per cent
The research shows Slough has seen the biggest price hike in terms of values per sq ft in Berkshire.
