A SHOPLIFTING incident in a Morrissons, Bracknell, has led to police seeking witnesses.
The incident took place on Skimped Hill Lane, Bracknell, on Thursday, February 16, around 2.30pm when two shoplifters were stopped by an off-duty police officer.
The officer was then assaulted and recieved a head injury that required treatment during the assault.

Since the incident took place, Thames Valley Police have revealed a CCTV image of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
It is believed they have vital information regarding the crime.
A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: "We're appealing for witnesses in relation to a shoplifting which occurred on Thursday 16th Febuary at 2:30pm.
"This was at Morrison's on Skimped Hill Lane, Bracknell.

"They were stopped by an off duty police officer who was assaulted and received a head injury that required hospital treatment.
