BERKSHIRE is becoming an increasingly popular area to live in as homebuyers look for their first/next home.
With the pandemic seeing less people looking to live in the capital but wanting to be in a commuting area, the county is an ideal choice.
Berkshire is full of scenic countryside, leafy villages and buzzing towns (when there isn't a pandemic going on).
Property company Zoopla has compiled a list of the most expensive places to live in Berkshire, with the areas with the highest average asking price for a house.
This list was calculated using Zoopla's pricing estimates, which takes both transactions and listing data into account.
