She said: “I’m thrilled with winning this award and I’d love to use my new title to promote We Do Ethical values…. if one in 4 of us pledged to plant 240 trees today we would become carbon neutral by tomorrow.”

The Arts University Bournemouth who also currently holds the Miss Dorset title won the competition by a public vote and judges placed her in the top 10 finals.

The 22-year-old cadet officer at Southampton University Officer Training Corps has also applied to join the British Army Reserves once she finishes her training.

Ms Green has completed an array of daredevil challenges, including a skydive and shark diving challenge at The Bear Grylls Adventure Centre in Birmingham, which raised more than £2,000.

Alina's dedicated charity work and campaigning for sustainability at We Do Ethical gave her the winning title.

The university student was shortlisted as one of five finalists by voters on the Miss England app after raising an impressive £10,000 for charity.

Alina was presented with a trophy and £500 worth of gifts - including designer shoes, make-up, skincare and hair products.
