The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court

November 10:

SAMANTHA KENDALL, 33, of Hampden Crescent, Bracknell, admitted driving without the correct insurance on Deepfield Road, Bracknell, on July 11. Fined £58. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six points added to driving licence.

November 11: 

ADRIAN FLEURY-HOLLAND, 45, of Inchwood, Bracknell, admitted assault by beating in Bracknell on May 19. Also admitted possession of pepper spray in Bracknell on May 19. Given a community order including 200 hours unpaid work requirement. Also ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £200 court costs. Also subject to a restraining order.

ZBIGNIEW WEGLOWSKI, 40, of Crowthorne Road, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving on North View, Binfield, on September 2. Found to have 78mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £345. Also ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £120 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

November 12:

WESLEY POTTER, 25, of Oxford Road, Wokingham, admitted assault by beating in Reading on February 28. Sentenced to 14 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months. Also made subject to a curfew requirement with electric monitoring, and a restraining order. Must pay £500 compensation, £115 victim surcharge and £200 court costs.
