The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court

November 7:

MATTHEW BAILEY, 26, of Robin Lane, Sandhurst, admitted stealing £35.29 worth of petrol at Aiskew Garage, Bedale in North Yorkshire, on July 15. Also admitted stealing £49.41 worth of petrol at a Spar Garage, in North Yorkshire, on July 11. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Harrogate Magistrates Court on October 27. Given a conditional discharge for 18 months. Also ordered to pay £70.58 compensation, £22 victim surcharge and a £50 fine. 

November 9:

HOLLIE KING, 21, of Augustine Walk, Warfield, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when asked by police officers in Rushey Way, Reading, on April 13, 2019. Given a community order including 100 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £775 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
