When in The Lexicon, for example, shoppers are asked to wear face coverings whilst in covered spaces.

The Lexicon said unless exempt, people should wear face coverings when in covered areas including the lifts, car parks, Princess Square and shops.

Rob Morris, general manager at The Lexicon said: “We ask that all visitors making essential trips to The Lexicon follow government guidelines. This includes wearing face masks, unless exempt, when in covered areas including lifts, car parks, Princess Square and shops.

“Visitors should also follow the directional signage, keep their distance from other shoppers and retail teams and use the hand sanitiser provided.”
