A NEW online calculator has been launched to predict when in 2021 people of all ages, professions and health will likely be invited to have their coronavirus vaccine.

The Omni Calculator tells users how many people in the UK are likely to be in front of them in the queue for the jab, including when they could expect to receive their vaccine.

On December 8, the first person in Britain, and the world outside trials, received the approved Pfizer Covid-19 jab, and it is now just a matter of time before the rest of the UK is offered their vaccine.

The Vaccine Queue Calculator asks a series of questions, such as your age, if you are a frontline worker and if you live in a care home or work in one.

The results are said to be worked out based on the Government's nine-point priority list and the likely rate of vaccination.

The calculator is independent and has no links to the NHS.
