CHRISTMAS is just over a month away and already people across the county are starting to get into the festive spirit by decorating their homes.

We asked our readers across Bracknell and Reading if they thought it was too early to start decorating or if they had already started.

Lucie Williams from Bracknell revealed her wonderful Christmas tree complete with light up presents underneath.

Bracknell News:

Vicki George's house has also been decorated for the festive season.

It has a sparkling Christmas tree with presents underneath and even a reindeer and Santa ornament.

Vicki said she was "encouraged by a few posts #lightupforlockdown!".

Others in the county think it's too early to start decorating.

Mark Palmer said: "No wearing poppies until November 1st, no Christmas decorations until December 1st."

However, Lisa Sawyer said: "Putting mine up on the 30th after the year it's been."
