THE legacy left by Jeff Lynne and The Electric Light Orchestra barely needs any introduction, and now a sensational tribute to the legendary band will take to the stage in Reading.

The Hexagon will welcome The ELO Experience to take to the stage in March 2021 - a rescheduled event from June this year.

A tour to celebrate the great music from Jeff Lynne’s ELO as the audience are taken through classics such as ‘Mr Blue Sky’, ‘Don’t Bring me Down’, ‘Living Thing’ and so much more.

The ELO Experience tour will include the greatest hits from an extensive and impressive back catalogue spanning over 45 years.

Organisers have said: “Blending rock rhythms with classical influences, ELO also released many classic albums such as ‘A New World Record’, ‘Discovery’ and ‘Out of the Blue’, and many sell out tours which further established them as one of the most important and influential bands ever.”

Adding: “The ELO Experience are the world’s foremost multi award winning tribute to The Electric Light Orchestra.

“With a sensational string section, a stunning light show and large screen projection to further enhance the experience.

The ELO Experience has been bringing the music of Jeff Lynne to the live stage for more than a decade after starting out in 2006.

The rescheduled tour will stop by Reading’s Hexagon venue on March 12, 2021, and the show will be staged at 7.30pm.

The Hexagon is currently closed until further notice in line with the latest lockdown restrictions imposed by government. Prior to the second lockdown the venue had put various safety measures to allow for shows to be staged at a safe social distance as we head into winter.Audience members are to wear masks, unless exempt.
