NEIL DRAKE, 48, of Roycroft Lane, Finchampstead, convicted of assault by beating in Binfield on July 18, 2019. Also convicted of assault by beating on July 18, 2019. Fined £440 total. Also ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £775 court costs.

STUART MOSS, 30, of Clifton Road, Wokingham, admitted drug driving on Church Road, Bracknell, on May 20. Found to have more than 7mcg cannabis per litre of blood. Fined £180. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
