Locals who work at the library announced the good news to a local Facebook group, advising residents that, in the meantime, the Dropbox is open for guests to return their books.
Library staff will quarantine items for at least 72 hours before they are discharged from members' library card and reshelved.

The Dropbox will be emptied at about 5pm every weekday, but not at weekends - people have been asked not to leave books by the door when the box is full, and instead come back the next day.
The library will reopen at 2pm on September 28.
