THE following cases appeared at Reading and Slough Magistrates' Court:

 

July 30:

SEBASTIAN BANASIAK, 36, of Northcott, Bracknell, admitted drink driving on Windor Road, Ascot, on April 21. Was found to have 225mg alcohol per 100ml of blood, exceeding the legal limit of 80mg. Community order made, including 80 hours unpaid work. Also ordred to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Collection order made. Also disqualified from driving for 24 months.

ALEXANDER GROUSE, 26, of College Town, Sandhurst, admitted breaching a non-molestation order in Bracknell on April 15. Found to have sent several Whatsapp messages to a person he was prohibited from contacting. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Collection order made.
