A MYSTERY helicopter spooked Bracknell residents by flying low over the town during the night.
Social media was flooded with comments last night about the mystery aircraft with some residents suggesting it was an emergency services helicopter.
A Bracknell News reader, who wished to remain anonymous, said: "It’s vibrating our house I feel it in the floor"
"It’s right about my house in Harmans water shining it’s torch on my house and now it’s circling around calfrieders"
One resident in the Bracknell area took to a community page on Facebook.
She said: "It’s in my street by Lily hill park shining it light over the houses... with a police van outside my windows just sitting there with it’s light on."
Another added: "Been over my house in Bullbrook for over hour so glad it gone 2 kids up and fully awake."
One resident said in the We Love Bracknell Facebook page: "There’s one in #Harmans water has woke me up does anyone know why it’s here?"
Thames Valley Police has been contacted for a comment.
