Residents take part by contacting the Ascot People Facebook page and sign up to being a seller.
So far, there are 14 sellers who have signed up to the jumble trail.
The community event will raise money for Thames Hospice, and around £80 is expected to be raised from entry fee donations.
In June, the first jumble trail turned into a mass community event with 40 residents in Ascot displaying their unwanted items outside their homes to raise money for Sebastian's Action Trust.

Old toys, crockery, DVDs, books, furniture and more can be sold in the jumble trail and social distancing will be expected.
Honor Abell posted on Facebook to say the jumble trail needs at least 20 people to make it work, so if you have spare time this Saturday why not join in!
