MANY amazing fundraising events have had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
But one charity in Bracknell is taking initiative by carrying on its efforts to raise money through an online auction.

Child Autism UK, which is based in Bracknell, is suffering from postponed and cancelled fundraisers due to the current Covid-19 outbreak.
In a bid to step up support for families and children with autism, Windsor Auctions and the charity will be working together to make an online auction.
Suzy Yardley Child Autism UK’s CEO, said: "It is a difficult time for charities and we are grateful to Windsor Auctions and our supporters for donating time, effort and items to raise much needed funds."

The online charity event takes place on Thursday, September 13, and residents can donate collectables, jewellery and antiques to help raise funds.

"Coronavirus has had a massive impact on the art and antiques trade. Many fairs and auctions have been cancelled or postponed. Windsor Auctions has managed to continue monthly auctions, although the Auctioneer is beginning to get slightly lonely without the usual faces, so we are excited to see you all soon. "
