ZENNOR LOCKE, 23, of Cuddesdon Road, Horspath, was convicted of driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on July 21 on Woodstock Road, Oxford. He was fined £220, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three points.

TYLER JON ANTHONY PAYNE, 25, of Copse Lane, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information of the identity of a driver between September 9 and October 7 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

EMMA SUZANNE POTTS, 49, of Clifton, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 47mph in a 40mph zone on July 20 in Bicester. She was fined £70 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ADRIAN DAVID POWELL, 53, of Cothill Road, Cothill, was convicted of driving at 41mph in a 30mph zone on July 24 in Oxford. He was fined £70 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JOHN SIMPKIN, 60, of Radley Road, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 9 and October 7 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

AMBER TURNER, 31, of Sherwood Place, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 39mph in a 30mph area on Headington Road, Oxford, on August 30. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

KASEY HAMMERTON, 27, of Briary Court, Carterton, admitted causing criminal damage to a safety blanket, custody clothing and a cell to the value of more than £65 belonging to Thames Valley Police in Banbury on February 3. She was ordered to pay compensation of £65.

TRACEY MICHELLE WOOD, 40, of Sedge Way, Carterton, admitted drink driving on February 7 in Carterton. Had 40mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

IMRAN INAYAT, 40, of Fern Hill Road, Oxford, admitted two counts of assault on a man and a woman in Oxford on June 11. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months and must compete 30 days programme participation and 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £500.

JOSEPH KALUZA, 21, of Hayward Drive, Carterton, admitted possessing a lock knife in Alvescot on January 11 and possessing a quantity of cannabis. He was made subject to a community order to include 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 200 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

THOMAS JOSEPH BUTLER, 30, of Sycamore Close, Watlington, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on the A4074 Dorchester-Bypass on October 29. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to ‘repeat offending.’

CHRISTOPHER CLINKARD, 55, of Lanket, Middletown, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on Launton Road in Bicester on August 2. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANTHONY DUTTON, 55, of Farmers Close, Witney, was convicted of driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and without third party insurance on November 26 on the M4 motorway in Newbury. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for six months and his driving record was endorsed with eight penalty points.

CHARMAINE HATCH, 39, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of wine, pack of Haribo sweets and some chewing gum, costing £11.90, from Tesco on Cowley Road on February 6 as well as failing to surrender to custody. She was fined £70 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.

SAMUEL JAMES ELLAWAY, 29, of Stanford Drive, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Grove on February 8. He had 49mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

CONNOR LANGLEY, 21, of Pine Close, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Bicester on February 9. He had 71mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £131, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ABU SUFIAN, 20, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on February 21 in Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and was made to pay a victim surcharge of £21. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

BOGUSLAW BAJORSKI, 41, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in on Oxford High Street on February 8. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs.

STEVEN RICHARD PERSUAD, 37, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating of a woman on December 6 as well as resisting a police constable. He was fined £200 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.

RYAN CAWOOD, 36, of Churchfields, Oxfordshire, admitted driving at 85mph in a 70mph zone on May 11 on the M4 between junction 19 and 20. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

RYAN JAMES NOTT, 29, of East Field Close, Headington, admitted driving at 35mph on a 30mph road in Rose Hill on June 26. He was fined £130 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. His driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.

ANTHONI JOHN THORNHILL, 35, of The Croft, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on October 19 in Oxford. He had 109mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He was fined £135, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £250 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.
