RESIDENTS have been given some more freedom in terms of being able to drive to do exercise but should park car parks coincide with that.

It is no doubt that residents in Bracknell are blessed with some truly amazing beauty spots for walking, but if we're allowed to drive there where are we suppose to park?

Our latest social media poll surveyed residents based on whether they understood Boris Johnson's update on the lockdown or whether they found it confusing.

Parks in Bracknell will play a key role in terms of residents going outside and getting their daily exercise, however if they're not open then how can people drive to go for a walk?

In the latest 50 page document released by the government, official advice states: 'People may drive to outdoor open spaces irrespective of distance, so long as they respect social distancing guidance while they are there, because this does not involve contact with people outside your household.'

But this still doesn't outline where we can park if the car parks are closed.
