BOSSES at Bracknell Forest Council are set to make a number of important decisions next week — but members of the public won’t be able to watch them being made.

The executive will meet virtually on Tuesday, April 28, through video call.

Decisions set to be made include:

  • Awarding a new duty service contract
  • Renewing the service provider for water
  • Relocating Forestcare to a new home at Waterside Park.

After a presentation from chief executive Timothy Wheadon about the council’s performance from October 2019 to December 2019 (before the coronavirus pandemic), the meeting will switch from a public session to a private session.

This is because BFC bosses have deemed the issues up for discussion as being ‘commercially sensitive’.
