AN ELDERLY man has fallen victim to a thief who stole his bank card and used it in Wokingham

Thames Valley Police has today released CCTV after the 80-year-old was targeted on Tuesday, January 7, between 11am and 11.15am.

Officers said the bank card was stolen and used to make multiple cash withdrawals, including at the Santander bank on Broad Street, Wokingham.

Today, the force has released CCTV footage of a woman they think may be able to help with the investigation.

Investigating officer PC Rachel Pithers, based at Loddon Valley Police Station, said: “I am releasing these CCTV images as I believe that this woman may have important information that could help with my investigation.

"If you recognise this woman, or believe that it might be you, please get in touch."
