Reminder: here's what the Oxford Mail can and can't report from court

MARIO FOTIO MANAZIs, 18, of Weirs Lane, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis on July 28 in Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JAMIE GARRY WOODLEY, 32, of Caldecott Road, Abingdon, admitted possession of a quantity of Pregabalin, a class C drug, on January 21 in Abingdon as well as handling stolen goods and remaining on a premises in contravention of a closure order. Also admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined a total of £225 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Paulo RODRIGUEZ, 35, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a pedal cycle valued at £600 at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Windmill Road, Oxford, on September 4 as well as going equipped for theft with a set of 24 inch bolt cutters on September 25 on Between Towns Road, Oxford. Also admitted theft of a pedal cycle on September 13 in Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and programme requirement for 40 days, made up of 30 days of Thinking Skills and 10 days employment and training. He must also pay compensation of £645, court costs of £350.

GRANT JOHNSON, 26, of Radford Close, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the notification requirement of a sexual offences notification order by failing to notify a change of address between August 29 and October 10. Also admitted causing criminal damage by destroying an electronic tag he was mandated to wear belonging to G4S on January 16. He was jailed for four months suspended for 12 months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £100.

AGIM KURTISHI, 55, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted drink driving on January 8 at Lcokheed Close, Banbury. Had 96 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £460 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

MERBAN ALI HUSSAIN, 30, of Padbury Drive, Banbury, admitted drug driving on June 9 in Kidlington as well as possession of cannabis. Had 13 mcg of cannabis per litre of blood. He was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay a fine of £200, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £900 and he was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

WAYNE PATRICK LYNN, 51, of Town End Road, Faringdon, admitted criminal damage to the windows and lights of a Mazda 5 car to the value of £1,500 on October 3 in Faringdon. He was made subject to a community order to include unpaid work for 100 hours and he must pay compensation of £400 and a victim surcharge of £90.

BRADLEY OMAND, 24, of Copcat Place, Horspath, admitted aggravated vehicle taking as well as drink driving on July 21 in Horspath. Had 98 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Also admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance, He was fined a total of £900 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

SIDI ABUBAKAR, 54, of North Place, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a man and a woman on December 13 2018 in Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include 240 hours of unpaid work and he must pay £100 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £930.

DARYL ROBERT FINCH, 32, of Park View, Crowmarsh Gifford, admitted damaging a window of a house in Wallingford on October 15 as well as sending messages via Facebook Messenger that were offensive or incident to a woman on October 13. He also admitted assault by beating of a woman and damaging a pair of her glasses at Crowmarsh Gifford on October 22. He was sentenced to a community order and must participate in the 'building better relationships' programme for 30 days. He must also pay £190 compensation and a victim surcharge fee of £85.

APARECIDA CONCEICAO FERREIRA ROCHA, 55, of Gillett Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening and abusive behaviour towards a person to cause harassment, alarm and distress on January 14 at Gillett Road. She also admitted breaking bail conditions on January 22 by being drunk on Gillett Road after being released from custody on January 16. On the same day she also used threatening and abusive behaviour to cause harassment, alarm and distress at Gillett Road again. She has been made the subject of a restraining order and must not contact two people until at least July 22, 2020. She was also fined £120 and ordered to pay compensation of £80.

LEE HEDLEY JONES, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a restraining order imposed by Oxford Magistrates Court on November 26 by entering a house he was banned from on November 8. He was committed to detention for two months suspended for 12 months because the offence was so serious and he has been persistently breaching the order. He must pay a victim surcharge of £122 as well as £135 in court costs.

VIKKI LEIGH BENN, 49, of St Marys Walk, Ardley, admitted driving at 40mph in a 30mph zone on Stratford Road in Buckingham on June 21. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as £85 in court costs. Her driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.

GEORGE BULUGA, 30, of Bulan Road, Headington, admitted driving at 92mph on a 70mph motorway limit on the M40 from junction 8 to 7 on August 14. He was fined £306 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. His driving record was also endorsed with four penalty points.

JANINE MICHELLE CALLAGHAN, 37, of Hope Way, Botley, admitted driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074 in Warborough on June 24. She was fined £269 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £30 as well as £85 in court costs. Her driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.

MUHAMMAD IQBAL DULLOO, 39, of Great Close Road, Yarnton, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 by North Way on November 9. He was fined £245 and must pay a victim surcharge as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

TOM GRAHAM, 27, of Terrett Avenue, admitted driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Rose Hill on June 26. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as £50 in court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
