The sports coach posts videos to his Youtube channel every Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as a weekly Sunday video, with a evening personal message to the children to "try and keep some kind of normality in this strange time for them".

He said: "I have worked in my school for over 13 years and have a really good bond with all of the children and families there and I wanted to provide something for them.

"Whereas Joe Wicks doing PE at home is absolutely wonderful and he has got so many kids across the nation keeping active, I wanted my children to see a familiar face but also play real games and try to teach them skills virtually rather than just exercising."

Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, started running online PE lessons to help children across the UK still have exercise.

Earlier today, he announced he will be donated £80,000 from his videos to the NHS.

Mr Dillon added: "We want parents and those still teaching to feel supported during this tough period, so we've filmed a selection of our favourite sessions that children and parents are able to play at home, in their garden or on a local playing field.

"We'd love for as many children and parents to be able to have access to these games as possible. We're just a local business who is trying to make a difference and help in our own little way."
