ROARS of clapping filled the streets of Berkshire tonight as millions of people across the country joined hands to thank the NHS.
Clapping could heard amid the darkness as part of the Clap for Carers campaign which was started online.
People stood at their doors, windows, and balconies, as many radio stations joined in too, to give a round of applause to those frontline heroes battling the coronavirus pandemic.
