DANIEL BATEMAN, 36, of Whatley Green, Bracknell, admitted causing £1,389.10 damage to a Citizens Advice building in Bracknell on April 9, 2019. Also admitted breach of conditional discharge for drunk and disorderly charges imposed on March 1, 2019 in Slough Magistrates Court. Ordered to pay £1,389.10 compensation.

January 10:

BRENDAN RYCE, 19, of Toutley Road, Wokingham, convicted of travelling on a Great Western Railway service in Reading without having paid the £2.70 train fare in Reading on June 6, 2019. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £2.70 compensation. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £160 costs.

January 14:

SEBASTIAN PARKER, 34, of Statham Court, Bracknell, admitted using threatening or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or distress in Bracknell on November 17, 2019. Fined £276 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge. Must also pay £85 court costs.

CRAIG INWOOD, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing electric items worth £284 from Sainsburys in Bracknell on November 15, 2019. Also admitted stealing electrical items worth £169 from Sainsburys in Bracknell on November 23, 2019. Failing to surrender to custody at Slough Magistrates Court, having been released on bail on December 16, 2019, and also admitted stealing fragrances worth £1,122 from Boots, Bracknell, on January 13. 2020. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison due to previous record. Also ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

January 15:

THOMAS LEADER, 27, of Binfield Road, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving in Milton Road, Wokingham, on December 25, 2019. Found to have 44mcg of alcohol per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 38 months.

REES MURTON, 24, of Planner Walk, Wokingham, admitted criminal damage to a car in Wokingham on December 23, 2019. Also admitted criminal damage to a police custody cell valued at £250 in Lower Early on December 23 and admitted criminal damage to a car in Wokingham on December 23, 2019. Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity. Also ordered to pay £510 total compensation and £90 victim surcharge. Must also pay £85 court costs.

January 16:

GARATH RICHARDS, 39, of Hebbecastle Down, Warfield, Bracknell, admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis while driving in Wokingham on December 28, 2019. Fined £650 and ordered to pay £65 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

MARY HORDLE, 43, of Milton Road, Wokingham, admitted drink-driving on Bader Way, Reading, on January 1, 2020. Found to have 81mcg alcohol, per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of £35mcg. Fined £134 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
