A KIND-hearted mum is spreading positive messages of mental health amid TV celebrity Caroline Flack's death.

Tracy Burks from Warfield felt saddened following the news that the former Love Island presenter took her own life.

After dealing with her own mental health issues, the mum of two decided to create 'Be Kind' sticker decals to inspire other residents in Bracknell to be more positive and kind to one another.

2. Bracknell boy Jack Whitelaw's dad battles to bring him back to home in Spain

Bracknell News:

A HEARTBROKEN dad has shared his anguish after his son's repatriation went wrong.

Jack Whitelaw from Bracknell, was staying on the island of Siargao in the Philippines with three other friends when he died during a moped crash.

His dad Paul has been campaigning for justice ever since, after the moped rental company asked for him and his wife Suzy to pay for the damages caused to the bike.

3. Fire claims more lives in Berkshire despite decrease in number of incidents

Bracknell News:

MORE lives were lost to fires in Berkshire last year despite a drop in the number of incidents attended by firefighters, new statistics show.

The local situation mirrors that across England, with the chairman of the National Fire Chiefs Council saying he is “very concerned” by the national situation and that fire services face “huge challenges”.

There were three fire-related fatalities in Berkshire in the 12 months to September last year, Home Office figures show – two of them occurring in homes in the area.

4. Wokingham dog found with 'broken leg' - appeal to owners to come forward

Bracknell News:

A ‘POOR’ dog has been abandoned by its owners after a good Samaritan found him ‘dumped’ and badly injured.

The Public Protection Partnership (PPP) are appealing to find the owners of a lurcher, after he was found by himself in Wokingham on Wednesday, February 19.

The vulnerable dog was handed over to the vets and appears to have been ‘run over’ or ‘attacked’.

5. Bracknell Domino's helps boyfriend propose with a pizza

Bracknell News:

A COUPLE are now happily engaged after a pizza was used in a "cheesy" wedding proposal.

Adam Eaglefield from Bracknell proposed to his now fiancée Rebecca Woodall with the help of a Domino's pizza takeaway.

The romantic boyfriend decided to order from the franchise in memory of the couple's first date in September 2017 when they shared a pepperoni passion pizza.
