The poor cat was found by a good samaritan circling in the middle of Patten Ash Drive in Wokingham.
She is believed to be blind and she also has a grape sized lump on her belly, which would need medical attention from the vets.
However, vets are desperately hoping to find the owners and re-unite them together as soon as possible.
Medivet said: "This dear cat was brought into us on Wed 5th Feb. She is quite a senior cat who we believe to be blind.
