BRACE yourselves for some windy weather today as Storm Ciara is set to bring gusts of 70 to 80mph.
An amber weather warning has been issued for strong winds and disruptions from 8am until 9pm this Sunday, February 9.

Storm Ciara will rock parts of Reading and Bracknell, bringing a possibility to danger to life from falling debris.
Update: The tree in Gainsborough in Bracknell has been cleared away ready for tomorrow.
Wildridings Road in Bracknell has been blocked off due to a fallen tree. Police have placed cones on the road and drivers are having to take diversion routes.
A road near The Meadway in Tilehurst is currently blocked and Reading Buses are being diverted due to a fallen tree.
Julie Sollory who lives on the road said she heard a "loud bang" as the tree fell down, missing cars that are parked by an inch.

A tree fell down on the A329M from Bracknell towards Reading.
The road is now clear and the build-up of traffic is starting to flow. Police said: "Please drive safely and to the conditions of the road."

The Met Office has said journey times may be longer and drivers in high-sided vehicles should take extra care.
Heavy rain will accompany the strong winds leading to very poor driving conditions.

There may be some damage to buildings, such as tiles being blown from roofs, the met office has said.
Power cuts may also occur, with the potential to affect other services, such as mobile phone coverage.
