Pond House has a variety of schools nearby including Eton College, St. Mary’s and St. George’s in Ascot and Royal Holloway University.

For more affordable properties at the other end of the scale, is a one bed flat in Warfield, Bracknell is available for a guide price of £65,000 with 30per cent shared ownership, making it the least expensive property in Bracknell.
