PUPILS from a Crowthorne primary school choir have visited a retirement home to get residents in the festive spirit.

The children from Crowthorne C of E Primary School took centre stage to entertain residents and their guests at McCarthy and Stone’s Birch Place Retirement Living Plus development on Dukes Ride.

The event was part of McCarthy and Stone’s series of ‘At Home’ events, which are happening at selected developments across the UK throughout December, inspired by the social tradition of days gone-by that sees friends and family gather at home to celebrate the festive season.

Everyone who attended also had the opportunity to take a tour of the development, meet with residents, and find out more about the lifestyle that McCarthy and Stone offers.
