FILMING for the Disney’s new Cruella movie has finished at Bracknell’s Easthampstead House.

Location staff for the film were seen outside Easthampstead House, an old council building in Bracknell, restoring the building’s reception area to its original state from before the shooting took place, around 10 am on Friday, November 1.

Bracknell News:

Earlier this month, the News reported speculation about the filming of Disney’s new film was at the former council building, and reportedly Shepton Studios, along with another location in Reading.

Rumours had started on Facebook about the filming where one person said: "I work in the building.

“Disney are filming the live action Cruella film in the reception for the next month."

A commenter, commenting on October 28 about the filming at Easthampstead House, said: “...there’s no access to the Library from the Met Office Roundabout or Visa Versa.”

“This is very annoying as you would have thought Disney would have had more consideration for kids in the cold.”

The film is a live action prequel following the life of a young Cruella de Vil, starring Emma Stone as the lead role.

Bracknell News:

The film will take inspiration from Maleficent, with a dark twist and how we come to understand why Cruella has such a cold heart.

Cruella will tell the villain’s side of the story.
