A HOSPICE has been given a cash boost to help patients with limited mobility get the care they need.
Wokingham Lions Club donated a massive £5,000 to Sue Ryder Wokingham Day Hospice on September 12.
The funds will be used to buy two specialist chairs and a new IV drip to help provide specialist care to its patients.

Abi Hurst, community fundraiser for Sue Ryder, said: "It was lovely to have them come over to the hospice, and for them to see first-hand how their donation will be used.
"It also helps with understanding about our services in the hospice and the local community. We rely heavily on support from groups such as the Lions, and their support and amazing donation are so very much appreciated." The founder of the hospice is dedicated to the relief of suffering and Wokingham Day Hospice provides expert palliative care and services for people living with life-limiting conditions.
