THE bereaved family of a teenager who was found dead by police after he went missing, will be gathering later today for his funeral.
It is exactly a month after Cameron Haswell's family announced their "beautiful boy" had died after he went missing from Sandhurst Skatepark on August 10.
Friends and family members frantically searched for the 18-year-old teenager from Blackwater but he was found by Hampshire police the following morning.
Today, family members and friends will be attending the funeral of Cameron Haswell and will be wearing yellow tribute t-shirts representing his favourite song and favourite artwork drawing.
His sister Leah Haswell helped organise the funeral for her brother, raising nearly £7,000 in donations.
She said: "Today is going to be one of the hardest days of mine and my family and close friends lives ... Cameron Haswell, I promise to give you the best send off anyone could ask for. I love you and miss you so much. Please be with us today."
His sister explained Cameron's favourite song is 'Sunflower' by Post Malone, so everyone will be wearing yellow later to signify that.
It means so much to us as a family that everyone will be all bright in yellow (which represents sunflowers from his favourite song, Post Malone - Sunflower) and with one of his drawings printed on.
"He would be so happy if he could see us all."
The funeral takes place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium at 3.30pm today and the family are inviting members of the public to pay their respects.
