A JEWELLERS has scooped a top award for its high profits and focus as a positive family business.
Strange the Jewellers in Wokingham achieved the Indepedent Fashion Jewellery Retailer of the Year accolade at the professional jeweller awards.
The business was determined to win the award after coming second in last years bid, and feel "pleased" to announce they are the proud owners of the 2019 trophy.
Shoppers were able to bag themselves an unimaginable top prize after the jewellers celebrated turning 100, winning a diamond ring valued at £4500.
The jewellers were recognised for their change of focus on its fashion jewellery products and for selling high quality designer products and for offering something that is unique to the marketplace.
This change has been met positively by consumers, with the business reporting strong sales with brands and designers like UNOde50, Clogau and Shaune Leane.
