PENSIONERS are invited to enjoy some Pimms and live jazz music as part of a summer get together.
Residents at McCarthy and Stone's Birch Place Retirement Living Plus development will be getting together on Friday, August 16 as a chance for families to enjoy the new retirement village.
The retirement village is hosting a party with quintessentially British Pimm's and live Jazz band, MPR Jazz on the patio from 2pm to 4pm - and everyone is welcome to attend.
Julie Ward, national sales director for McCarthy and Stone, said: "We are looking forward to opening our patio at Birch Place to the people of Crowthorne on Friday 16th August for what promises to be a fantastic afternoon of Pimm’s and live jazz.
"We hope the event will provide an opportunity for homeowners at Birch Place to socialise; while guests will be able to explore the development and find out more about what life is like at the development.”
The retirement village in Dukes Ride is a 'sought after location', designed for people over 70 years of age.
Residents can enjoy the club lounge, bistro restaurant and landscaped gardens for them to enjoy.
