June 28:

Scott Fitzgerald, 41, of Braybrook Road, Bracknell. Driving whilst disqualified. Disqualified from driving for 19 months. Community order made. Costs £170. Driving without correct insurance. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Driving over the drug-drive limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Community order made.

Cedar Ridge Construction Limited, Waterloo Road, Wokingham. Failure to ensure employees were not exposed to risks to their health and safety. Fined £40,000. Costs £3,354.

Daniel Mark Sharp, 36, of Arnett Avenue, Finchampstead. Driving a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle which exceeded the legal maximum permitted gross weight. Fined £184. Costs £205.

Nicky Winsper, 31, of Nuthurst, Bracknell. Travel on a railway without paying a fare and showing intent to avoid payment. Compensation £3.70.

July 1:

Sumayyah Khan, 21, of Pitts Lane, Earley. Driving without correct insurance. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Fined £210. Costs £805.

Dean Edward Gregory, 37, of Roman Way, Warfield. Failure to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order. Costs £60.

July 2:

Margaret Sandra Carver, 70, of Terrace Road South, Binfield. Driving over the 30mph speed limit. Disqualified from driving for 28 days. Fined £145. Costs £115.

Wesley Joseph Patrick Dowe, 31, of Byron Road, Earley. Driving over the 50mph speed limit. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Fined £461. Costs £131.

Mohammed Abdul Hamid, 59, of Newark Court, Walton-on-Thames. Driving over the 30mph speed limit in Sunningdale. Disqualified from driving for eight months. Fined £266. Costs £115.

Damon John Cousins, 45, of Blenheim Gardens, Reading. Driving over the drink-drive limit in Wokingham. Disqualified from driving for 15 months. Fined £400. Costs £115.

Brian Thomson, 71, of Falcon Avenue, Shinfield. Driving over the drink-drive limit. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fined £180. Costs £115.
