A FOOD and music festival in Bracknell will give residents the opportunity to explore the world of food and enjoy musical performances.

The festival will be held on the grounds of South Hill Park Art Centre in Bracknell on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9.

Visitors who attend will be able to enjoy a range of performances from local and regional musicians. There will also be a feast of food stalls, which will include paella, Thai, vegan, Ethiopian specialities and pies.

The event will also include popular family activities from a bouncy castle and face-painting to meeting birds of prey.

Entry into the festival will be free but South Hill Park is encouraging visitors to support stallholders by purchasing food and produce from their stalls.

The park is also asking all visitors to think green by walking, cycling, using the bus or car-sharing to reduce environmental footprint when on the way to the festival.
