A SIX-YEAR-OLD girl from Bracknell has cut off her hair and given it to The Little Princess Trust in an act of kindness.
Mia Connolly has donated 30cm of her hair to help children who have gone through hair loss as a result of cancer treatment.
Jason Connolly, Mia’s father, said: “Mia wanted to have her hair cut in order to help kids who will benefit from her hair.
“I am so very proud that Mia has done this for such a good cause.”
She had her long blonde locks cut off at Gilded Hair in Holme Grange, Wokingham, which was tied into plaits.
The Little Princess Trust use donated hair to make a range of wigs for children with hair loss.
