A POPULAR Tilehurst pub is set to reopen after undergoing a six-figure refurbishment.
The Water Tower on Park Lane has been treated to a complete design overhaul, with 10 new jobs being created as part of the upgrade.
New and returning customers have been promised significant interior design changes when it reopens on May 23.
Emma Smith, general manager, said: “The Water Tower is at the heart of the local community, so we want to provide our guests with even better surroundings to enjoy a great selection of drinks and schedule of sporting events throughout the year.
“We’re really excited to get the refurbishment underway and look forward to welcoming our Tilehurst neighbours to the revamped venue when it officially opens.”
The new-look venue will also offer an extended drinks range, with additional craft beers and a wide range of spirits.
