A WEEK full of events that are designed to help residents talk more freely about mental health has started in Wokingham.
Wokingham Wellbeing Week has been designed to bring together organisations, individuals and charities that work in wellbeing and mental health in the borough.
The idea came from Anna Adams who works at Rough Sketch Theatre, a theatre production company.
The first event of the week saw crochet kites being put up around the town.

Anna Adams, said: "The first day went really well with the Barkham Hooker, a local crochet group putting up crocheted kites up around the town centre.
“The kites are the logo for Wellbeing Week and represent fun, friendship, freedom and fearlessness.”
This is the first year that the wellbeing week has taken place but Anna hopes it will become an annual event.
Other events that will happen across this week include a range of wellbeing workshops, yoga and art exhibitions.
The Wokingham Wellbeing Week runs from May 13 to May 19.
