NEW HOMES have been launched at Berkeley Homes Brompton Gardens in Ascot to honour a historical family.
The Sylvan Villas have been built onto the south grounds of the historical Brackens House.
Brackens House was the former home of the King George family and the housebuilder has named each new home to reflect a moment within their lives.
Benjamin Ivey, sales and marketing director at Berkeley Homes, said: “Our aspiration for the Sylvan Villas was to re-imagine the relationship between old and new to create a quintessentially British collection of family homes.
“As the restored Brackens House forms the focal point for the new community, it seemed fitting for the newest phase of homes to honour the historic family.
“With Ascot and the surrounding area offering numerous benefits for families and London commuters, we are expecting the new phase to be a popular with homebuyers in and around Berkshire.”
