EVERY week we are looking for pictures of pets sent in by their proud owners and this time, we have had quite the variety of pets to choose from.

Residents in Bracknell, Wokingham and Ascot have been sharing pictures of their horses, guinea pigs and hamsters in a bid to get their faces in the paper and we have chosen the most unique looking pets to feature this week.

Beau the seven year old horse is quite the contender, looking proud in his neon jacket ready for a hack in the countryside.

We all have had a bad hair day from time to time and Fifi the guinea pig has got the wildest hair going - we love it.

Who would think frogs would make good pets, but Freddie loves to keep his owners company in the washing up bowl.

Last weeks, readers chose Barney, the two year old dog as 'Pet of the Week', sent in by reader Janet Anne Foster.

Animals really make the perfect companions, so why not show off your furry friend to be featured in next weeks edition of the News.
