A LOCAL housebuilder will be holding a help to buy event in Bracknell, where residents will be able to speak to experts.

Building developer Berkeley Homes will be holding the free event at Woodhurst Park, Warfield.

Berkshire residents will have the opportunity to speak to independent Mortgage Advisors to get advice and guidance about buying a home.

Benjamin Ivey, director of sales and marketing at Berkeley Homes, said: “We understand that home buying can be a stressful experience, no matter what stage you are at on the property ladder.

“That’s why at Berkeley we believe that home buying events, such as our upcoming Help to Buy event, are crucial in providing buyers with the opportunity to ask questions and educate themselves on all aspects of purchasing.”

Victors will also be able to view show homes, which have been designed to provide potential buyers with a visual representation of what living in the community will be like.

Fiona Fullilove believes help to buy at Woodhurst Park made her life eaiser.

She said: “Without it, we wouldn’t have been able to secure our ideal home now. When we discovered the properties at Woodhurst Park, we were drawn to the vast greenery and open space.”

The session will take place on Saturday, February 23 at 10am.
